Prevention Starts With Partnership
Join The Get In Position Foundation as an official Affiliate and help empower individuals to get tested, understand their kidney numbers, and take control of their health.
What Is A GIPF Affiliate
A GIPF Affiliate is an individual or organization that partners with us to:
- Share kidney health education
- Promote early testing awareness
- Host or support screening opportunities
- Encourage individuals to know their numbers
- Connect community members to trusted healthcare providers
Affiliates do not provide medical advice (unless a healthcare provider). Instead, we empower people with education and encourage them to speak with their doctor or healthcare team.
Healthcare Providers
Healthcare providers play a critical role in prevention. Becoming an Affiliate allows providers to:
- Increase early referrals and patient awareness
- Support proactive kidney testing conversations
- Build trust with underserved communities
- Demonstrate commitment to prevention-not just treatment
We help bring education to the community so individuals walk into your offices informed and ready to ask the right questions.
Corporate & Business Partners
Corporate organizations benefit by:
- Supporting employee wellness initiatives
- Demonstrating community responsibility
- Aligning with a measurable prevention campaign
- Increasing brand goodwill in local communities
Kidney health connects directly to workforce productivity, long-term wellness, and healthcare cost awareness.
Corporate Affiliates may host workplace education sessions, share digital awareness messaging, or sponsor community screening events.
Faith-Based Organizations
Faith communities are trusted voices. Affiliates participation allows churches and faith groups to:
- Provide life-saving health education in safe, trusted spaces
- Host awareness events or health Sundays
- Encourage members to know their numbers
- Promote stewardship of health and wellness
Our materials are simple, respectful, and community-centered-making them easy to share in congregational settings.
Nonprofit Organizations
For nonprofit partners, this initiative strengthens your existing work. Affiliates can:
- Add kidney health awareness to current programming
- Serve families dealing with chronic illness
- Expand prevention services without expanding staff
- Collaborate on joint outreach and community events
This initiative complements existing missions focused on health, equity, family support, and community uplift.
