This initiative is a community education and prevention effort designed to help people learn about their kidney health early-before problems become serious.  Kidney disease often has no warning signs, which is why knowing your numbers matter.  

By getting tested and sharing with us below, you're helping us track community impact, strengthen awareness, and reach more individuals who need education and support.  

So speak with your doctor, get tested, know your numbers and submit your progress.  (GIPF will not ask for any lab results or share any personal information.)
