Terri is a business owner and economic development professional with more than 25 years of experience in community development, public finance, and grant management. She is the Chief Executive Officer of Hargrove & Hughes Development, LLC, a residential housing development firm operating in Georgia and Florida.
Terri holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Missouri–Columbia and has held senior leadership roles in municipal and county government, managing comprehensive planning, economic development programs, and multi-million-dollar budgets.
She is a recognized community leader and has served on numerous nonprofit and civic boards, supporting education, health equity, and community empowerment initiatives.

Anne Paschke
Board Member
Anne is a communications and public relations professional with more than 25 years of experience in media relations, public information, and health communications. She most recently served as Public Relations Manager and Media Relations Specialist at the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS), where she supported the national organ donation and transplantation system for over two decades.
Anne brings deep expertise in strategic media outreach, spokesperson preparation, crisis communications, and public education, working closely with transplant hospitals, organ procurement organizations, and national media outlets. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Anne became a kidney donor in October of 2024 and is committed to advancing awareness, education, and equity in organ and kidney health

Undrella Woody
Board Member
As a Kidney Health Coach with the American Kidney Fund, Undrella leads kidney health workshops and prevention sessions that help individuals better understand kidney function, risk factors, and the importance of early detection. Her work focuses on meeting people where they are and breaking down kidney health information in ways that are practical, relatable, and easy to understand.
In addition to her coaching work, Undrella is an active community wellness leader with GirlTrek and Eastside Trekkers, where she organizes wellness walks and community challenges that encourage movement, connection, and healthier lifestyles. She also plans and lead health fairs, screenings, hydration events, and awareness initiatives in partnership with churches, local organizations, and civic leaders.
Undrella’s commitment to service, education, and preventative care reflects the heart of GIPF’s mission to empower underserved communities to take control of their kidney health. Her lived experience in community outreach and health advocacy strengthens the Foundation’s work and expands its impact.
